Why did you choose your profession?
I enjoy working within the Technology and Media Sector and staying abreast of emerging markets. I enjoy working with and being able to see the tangible product visually through Data analytics and other dashboards. I also enjoy being the instrument of change when tasked to audit, review, change and implement policies and procedures.
Who are your main influences?
I have several influences, many that belong to Entrepreneur’s Organization. Many of these individuals have started their own Law Firms, Real Estate Brokerages and Professional Services Firms. John Chambers of Cisco Systems is also one of my main influences through his evangelism of new and emerging Technology and the markets that they are enhancing.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment was to create and market my own professional services and media company. This company grew from 3 to 50 employees that serviced audio and visual engineering, logistics for festivals and extreme sporting events. This company started off as Promotional marketing concept and turned into a very successful staff augmentation company for digital media surrounding content distribution networks, broadcast and internet TV and Portfolio Project Management for different media and production studios.

Research the Market the market in a 5-year forecasted mentality. Look for emerging market trends and areas of interest. Maintain skill set and position self for relevance within own workspace. This will ensure continued professional growth and ability to maintain interest and value with employer.
